Register for Aiport Shuttles

Important: Please read and understand everything on the right page before registering for airport shuttles!

The first Airport Shuttles from and to Frankfurt/Hahn and Frankfurt/Main have been confirmed. Details about times, prices and also how many free seats are left, can be seen below. Please note, that there won't be Airport Shuttles from from Zweibrücken and Saarbrücken because too few people registered there and the party place is easily reachable by public transport from these airports.

It is no longer possible to register for the shuttles.

Registration process

Be sure to read this completely before registering for the airport shuttles.

1. Arrival at the partyplace is not possible before Friday.
2. A registration does not guarantee, that you will get a seat or that there will be an airport shuttle going from your airport at all. We will only provide shuttles if enough visitors arrive around the same time at the same airport and if the price will be competitive in comparison to standard public transport like buses or trains.
   Until confirmation, the listed prices are only approximations, it is not guaranteed that we can provide shuttles at these prices or shuttles at all!
   Please note that, although you can register for them, it is currently not planned to have shuttles from Saarbrücken and Zweibrücken airports but we might arrange them if many visitors arrive there.
3. Once registered, we will assign shuttles at a later point. Please note that there will most probably be waiting time between your arrival (or departure) and the bus departure (or arrival)! We, however, will try to set up shuttles in an optimized way, so that the gaps are as small as possible for everyone!
4. If you and other visitors travel together you can (and should) register for whole groups. Therefore the registration form on the left offers you the possibility to add the number of persons. Make sure before registering, that everyone in the group of travellers knows that you will register for them to avoid double registrations! If your group is not the same for either the travel to Revision or from Revision (for example 2 persons of a 5 person group will stay in Germany for holidays after the party and thus don't return with the same flight as the others), you can set the number of persons to be different for individual directions. It is also possible to leave either of them (travel to/travel from) empty, but not both.
   To put it short: anything you put in the form applies to all the persons you are registering for. If this is not desired, split the registration.
5. The registration procedure works like this:
   1. Inform everyone you are going to register for, that you will do it (if #persons>1).
   2. Add the information to the form for the travel to and/or from Revision.
      If for any reason you have to split the registration (e.g. different airport or different flight for a part of your group on the way back home) you have to do the registration for each split group. You can leave either part (travel from/travel to) empty.
   3. Provide a valid e-mail address. Do not obfuscate it! We need it to send you the confirmation and information e-mails when we assign shuttles! The address will not be shown to the public.
   4. Submit the form. That's all. If everything worked fine, you will receive an e-mail and you'll see your registration listed on the overview page (Please reload the page and check your e-mail before complaining that your registration did not work).
   5. We will assign shuttles to persons/groups once enough visitors registered for around the same time at the same airport. We will inform you about that.
      Bugging us will not make anything faster :-)
   6. If your plans change, it's essential that you inform us about it by writing to hotline-2011@revision-party.net. Please provide your handle, flight number and the necessary changes to your registration. If you do not inform us of changes, chance is, that not enough seats will be available or your fellow travelers might pay more than advertised.
